Final Fantasy XVI — PS5 Buying Guide
Final Fantasy XVI is Square Enix's bold turn into a mature, real-time action RPG built around clan politics and spectacular summon battles. It's the most graphically ambitious FF on console.
Editions explained
- Standard — the full game
- Deluxe / Collector's — add a soundtrack, art book, and in-game cosmetics; no story content
- Post-launch DLC — two story expansions (Rising Tide, Echoes of the Fallen) sold separately
Where to buy cheapest
Well past launch, FFXVI sees steady key-store discounts on Green Man Gaming that undercut the PlayStation Store. If you want the DLC too, watch for a complete bundle before buying piecemeal.
Prices change frequently — always verify on the store before purchasing.
