Grand Theft Auto VI — Pre-order & Buying Guide
Grand Theft Auto VI is the most-anticipated game of the cycle, returning to the vice-city-inspired state of Leonida with a new dual-protagonist story. Demand will be enormous at launch.
What we know
- Day-one platforms — confirmed for current-gen consoles at launch; PC follows later
- Editions — expect Standard and a premium edition with in-game cash and cosmetic bonuses; no story locks
- Pre-order — the first reliable way to guarantee a copy at launch
Pre-order or wait?
GTA VI will launch at list price with no early discounts — Rockstar games rarely drop for years. Pre-order only if you want to play on day one. If you can wait, the first real deals follow well after launch. Key stores like Green Man Gaming will carry it once available.
Prices change frequently — always verify on the store before purchasing. Pre-orders may not be live yet; check the store for availability.
