Helldivers 2 — Cross-Platform Buying Guide
Helldivers 2 is the surprise 2024 co-op hit — a satirical, squad-based third-person shooter where you and up to three friends spread "managed democracy" across a galaxy of bugs and bots.
Standard vs Super Citizen Edition
- Standard — the full game, all you need to play
- Super Citizen Edition — adds a armor set, warbond token, and steeled veterans cosmetics; cosmetic only
- Cross-play — PS5 and PC players share the same lobbies
Where to buy cheapest
Demand keeps pricing firm at launch, but key stores like Green Man Gaming occasionally undercut the platform stores. On PC, compare GMG against Steam sales; on PS5, compare against PlayStation Store wallet credit.
Prices change frequently — always verify on the store before purchasing.
